Canyoning Frecha da Mizarela
Description
This beautiful route is located in the geographical area of the “Magic Mountains”, located about 17 km southeast of Arouca and 01.20 hours from Castro Daire, on the western slope of Serra da Freita.
This route of the River Caima begins in the village of Mizarela immediately before the imposing waterfall of Mizarela, the largest in mainland Portugal, with about 80 meters high.
This activity is recommended for those who have already started canyoning and already master Rappelling techniques.
From the top of the Mizarela waterfall, on days of good visibility, it is possible to see the sea.
